After analysing the historic sales data and conducting qualitativ ean dquantitative user research in order to understand changes in user behaviour patterns, we ideated two distinct services, that would improve rental tool sales. Both ideas where then tested via quantitative fake door tests revealing a high demand for both solutions. To further assess feasibility and desirability in the field, within one week we implemented a delivery service in Hamburg and serviced more than 15 orders.
